The speaker mentions giving dexamethasone here czcams.com/video/l4XQrwpYI34/video.htmlsi=cg7f3kvuKOcdWbCT&t=1000 but dex has minimal to no mineralocorticoid activity so doesn't really work in an adrenally insufficient pt who is hypotensive/critically ill?
