My 2nd time watching this through. Never heard of COIN games until a month ago, now I am obsessed with this one and looking for my next level, which will probably be People Power or Andean Abyss if I can find a copy. Great video! First time watching couldn't make sense of how the bots worked, but now after several solo games under my belt I can follow pretty well. One question: as I understand it at the beginning of the Propaganda! round at the step "Victory?" when one player has met their victory conditions, I don't think it means that player has won the game, but just that the game ends after the last Support: step "Game End?" If that player maintains their lead at that point then they do win, although another player may have also reached their victory conditions during the "Support:" phase of the "Propaganda!" round. I don't think it would have made a difference here much a difference here. Is that the way you see it now or am I wrong?
