No, to be clear again đ, EU/EEA Graduate Doctors dont have to Give UKMLA or PLAB. already Confirmed by GMC in May 2023. Even UK graduate Doctors have to give this exam but not EU/EEA graduates.

"The eligibility criteria for PLAB will not change. This means that those who are currently eligible to take the test, will continue to be eligible in the future.
At this time, those with a relevant European qualification will not need to take the test due to current legislation. If this changes, we will provide updated information as soon as possible".
That's for PLAB(not UKMLA) to be held in 2024. If you have any specific link where GMC has mentioned that EU gradudates need not to give UKMLA(NOT PLAB) feel free to share
