Yeah they Have us drivers make sure that the cars in the president's circle are the newest ones with the lowest miles. So I guess even though it's just a Malibu, at least it's one of the newest ones on the lot.
Thanks for the video. I have an upcoming rent for a Premium Fullsize SUV this summer at Hertz and absolutely want a Chevy Suburban or GMC Yukon XL and not a Ford Expedition Max. Do you think I can ask for a Chevy if they give me an Expedition? Greetings
If they have something available they usually try to accommodate you. I was assigned an Expedition Max at Avis/Budget before but they didn't have anything else in class. Luckily for me, while I was loading up the Expedition, a Suburban pulled around from the car wash and was parked right next to me. They did the switch for me pretty seamlessly.
Sometimes the rep will give you options sometimes they won’t. Just be nice and ask what car they will assign you. They have access on their screen to see what the year make and model for your rate class they have available. Sometimes if they’re really nice you can ask to go see the vehicle in person before you confirm, but if you’re too slow another rep can assign that car. Booked a Small SUV at thrifty MCO, flight was delayed, got to the counter at about 1/2AM (after waiting an hour in line), rep didn’t assign us a car and told us the garage folk would help. All they had left was a brand new 2024 Expedition Limited (short wheel base) with 900 miles on it. It was pretty nice

If you rent a C class, are you able to choose any of those cars with PC, even those SUVs?? I'm President's Circle too.
I think if you're in President's circle you get to pick anyone even the SUVs that are in PC too. But C-Class That sounds like just compact me
I used to work for 18 years and was fired due to the company's economic decisions. I miss my time in the company. This tour brings back memories.
