Yep we always had egg in a cup and my kids love it too, best way to have them xx
What I do is load up on veg and work my way back to protein and carbs,it just feels like a lot more food that way and I don’t feel as hungry. Also what REALLY helps me is I don’t eat anything after 6/7pm.
I’ve used the app 7 years ago and lost 5-6 kilos in total! The fact that you count and monitor everything you eat it works!

I followed the MFP calorie range of 1200 for 2 month and it slower my metabolism so much. I then got a professional fitness and weight loss coach and she told me how wrong the MFP recommendation is. She put me on 1600 calories and I was loosing just as much weight! I couldnt believe it.
Were you doing extra exercise with your fitness coach? That would account for the extra cals! MFP has always worked so well for me, I’ve used it for the last few years whenever I try to lose weight and it always works! That’s good you found something that works for you!xx
1200 calories is not enough calories for an adult 🙂
@@ashleighsinclair9250 agreed - it's purposely lower than a normal calorie intake to result in weight loss x

Just found your channel and I’m in Ireland I googled the pronunciation of your name but I got it right anyway because Scottish names are similar to Irish names. It sounds to me like Hayley without the H to me. My name is typically Irish (pronounced Keera) ☘️ you’re such a good kind Mam to your boys they’re gorgeous. I’ve three boys but they’re 17, 15 & 13.

I would your exercise count would give you more calorie allowance. That was a lot of walking and you still lift up your little ones.
