Matt is very lucky, because he is one of the biggest hypochondriacs on the planet, except.... he doesn't seek treatment, nor does he consider his many illnesses to be an obstacle. The fact that he considers all these illnesses and conditions to be a valuable part of his persona, is kinda what makes him entertaining. At this point, Matt seems to genuinely believe that he has Autism and Epilepsy, but also believes that these conditions contribute to his abilities, such as remote viewing and some undefined level of clairvoyance.

On top of being entertaining, he somehow manages to make genuinely insightful comments, from time to time. It's like Will Ferrell in "Old School", when he wins a round of the debate with an expert-level response and then turns to his teammates as his knees buckle and says, "I blacked out... what happened... I blacked out."
I feel the same way, learning how to lessen the burdens of my mind without sacrificing the parts of it that are just my personality. I don't want to throw out the baby with the bathwater.
