One thing I don't understand is how wingo and count spatula are playable in cars but not mater national or race o rama. (to be fair wingo isn't in race o rama or mater national)
@@Dough_user681 I don't know either, the developers were so foolish to not bring us a great playable cast of characters, and keep them limited, this is why I prefer mater national over all the other ones because the cast of playable characters is really good and it includes almost everybody. The original cars game felt incomplete and so thin on content, it could have been better, but the racing was indeed solid.

does it work on Dolphin Android? or only on Dolphin PC?

I never edited the Piston Cup playable roster, just the Mini-Game, and Road Race roster.
I always wanted these characters to get diecasts. Maybe one day but I think that time has come and gone😢
