I followed to a T except i used sparkly lemonade water yet seemed like i didnt have much batter. My cakes were a 8in pan but were only 1/8 in thick what did i do wrong? Mine were more than half the thickness of urs. Whenever ive used the sparkling water it makes it light and fluffy

It probly would since you do put some lemon juice in cheesecake and add the lemonade mix as well as one drop of food color red so it's pink

Needs a little red food color to make cake pink and add lemon juice to batter as part of liquid along w lemonade mix
