Glad you're back. When you said Tennessee and Arkansas, did you consider Missouri? I've been watching "Greg Judy Regenerative" and was reminded of your videos on similar topics. Those rolling fields look inviting. As with everything lately, I have found properties very pricey. Hope you have better luck in finding yours. Best wishes and keep us informed.
Karin, How are you? Southern Missouri is on my list, snow and taxes puts in farther down on my list. 🙂 Really focused on my home state TN, but trying to keep my options open. Looking for a place to rent, so I have a local base to look for a good spot. I met Greg Judy a few years back, he really knows his business. Hope things are going great for you and yours. Good seeing you TH, Talking old trucks my farm truck is a 1989 GMC Sierra 1/2 ton...just towed-hauled a truck hauler trailer 200 miles yesterday...today it's fluild change day...rough on the transmission using a 1/2 ton...350 motor. Can't believe there's still snow up there...absolutely come back down south. There's a lot of home invasions now with people inside the home getting hurt...time to keep a loaded gun inside the home...and never keep heavy objects like rocks or concrete blocks just outside the home....they're used them to break down the door. I really enjoy keeping a 8" vise and railroad track anvil just outside my home....to hold and work metal and use as a cutting station...can't have anything in this world. More young kids need to get shot and/or die before their peers wise up to the reality it's not worth their life. I have my financial house in order...dollar can devalue drop and inflate, we're ready.
AH, good to hear from you. I have always loved older trucks. I had an old 1996 Chev half ton that I paid $ 640.00 for. Did some minor repairs, lots of elbow grease cleaning it up, but sold it for $3500.00 after driving it daily for years. 😎 Sad to say this world is on a down hill slide. About the only thing people can do these days is be kind to people, but keep your guns within reach.
