I've been a fan of Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds a bit longer than most -- I received a pre-release copy at a radio station where I worked in 1978 and have loved it ever since. Been a lot of years, but I'm finally getting to see the show! My wife and I are traveling from the U.S. to attend the Birmingham show in March, and can't wait!

not gonna lie, I teared up when they sung this live... it works so well during WOTW, but also in real life coming out of the pandemic
I first heard Jeff Wayne's War of the World in Jan 1979 when I joined the RAF. I have been a staunch fan ever since. Love the new addition, it merges in well in the second half and completes and compliments the old album. We'll done Jeff and all.
Saw this at the AO in Manchester 1st April, Jeff is a legend, I've waited long time to see this, and it definitely paid off

Music teacher introduced this to me by playing it in class when i was 11. My son is now 11 and i've introduced it to him. He loves it like i do. Tickets booked for the O2 London for the 9th April. 40 years since i first heard the album and i'm so looking forward to the show.
Just been to see this in Glasgow last night. It’s truly phenomenal you won’t be disappointed. I’m still smiling about having the priveledge of seeing Jeff and Justin last night .

I was so happy to see that Jeff Wayne restored this song to the ending of the show. Although it never got over to the United States, I've watched probably every CZcams video from every production and bought the bluray from Universal. I just re-watched it again in fact. I always felt that 'Life Begins Again' gave the audience a feeling of triumphing over adversity and ended the show on an uplifting, hopeful note. Glad to see back in. I'm not that far from NYC Jeff. Just sayin'.

As a kid at school in the50s our teacher read this in weekly instalments, really thought it was great,and looking forward to the 02 in April.
I live in North America, a heathen continent in which this album is barely known...even among fans of classic rock. For a while I thought I was suffering from the Mandela Effect, and had imagined those beaten up old cassettes at my parents' house.

I hope the “Life Begins Again” tour gets a DVD release as, I think, this will be the third noticeable version of this classic (new song, new stage, new videos, new fx).
Jeff Wayne said at a Q&A this Thursday just passed that the new one could be filmed and be put on streaming.

Is there any news on when the show is going to happen. I'm realy excited but with covid and all. It was planed in April 10 this year in Amsterdam but it's officially canceled. And there is not a date yet... I realy wanna see the show with my dad..
