iv been training real intense for the last 3months and iv got from 80kg to 74kg - 8% body fat.....im 21 and 5foot 10... been running over 25miles a week, muay thai 3times a week and crossfit training too.....
just keep at it and make sure you eat healthy...and only drink water....

sweeeet good weight man to be when i started i had 2 normal training sessions twice a week and had a private as well got really lean and sharp manage to get down to 75KG which was awesome but i was only 16 or 17 or so now im 19 stopped doing privates cant afford it anymore and now im 80KG its unreal lol but thanks mate for your help :)

ha year fair enough Thanks for the reply :) . I use to have 1 to 1 sessions and i'd train regularly, when i wasn't doing the Muay Thai i would go gym Lift weights 3 days a week combined with Plyometrics i was ripped then but an honest question do you still really need to eat the 6 smaller meals as well troughout the day ?

also remember to always drink lots of water, its more than half your body so keep it topped up....nothing worse than getting hit in the head in sparring when your dehydrated....hope this helped a little.....

hit the gym and ask for a program to bulk up the area's you want. And ask advice for your diet so you won't bulk without lowering fat percentage

You need strength training man. You gotta put up some muscle if you want to look muscular. To get ripped means lean AND muscular. Doing all that cardio alone will work the other way around. Start lifting some weights in the days alternate to Muay Thai's. Askerov is 1,72 cm. X 70kg. of muscle. You think he put up that chest without strength training? :)

yo....eat lots of fruit and veg.
i always have a banana before training, whether its pads or running or whatever, stops cramp and its awesome fuel for your body.
lots of white meats; chicken , turkey and fish,tuna especially.they digest fairly quick giving your body the protein it needs.
try not to have too much red meat; beef and pork, they can make you feel heavy and sluggish as they take longer to digest.
eggs and milk .
pasta and rice.
try not to eat very much bread thats no good for u
