I get the meme but clearly he did not MINIMIZE death. Did you count how many deaths he had after the game ended? His teammates carried because they held their own against fed Riven and VI or just maybe that Riven OTP is not that great at team fighting despite being fed asf.
@@pratikroy227 Hard to play riven against Vayne, Qiyana and Akali, invis makes so you cant autoattack and the empowered autos (Especially with divine sunderer) are the strongets portion of rivens damage, and without goredrinker riven is much worse in teamfights

@@Zaxstar007 It's because the Riven OTP clearly didn't do what Jaja Diff aka TFblade when he get fed by Baus he attacks backline of opposite teams even if Sion create map pressure your whole team get obliterated by a fed Jax or Camille won't win you games. Something this Riven dude didn't do.
@@lnsz-fps-8794 Still for an OTP challenger in Top lane he must have faced many Akalis on the way. That akali wasn't the only target all he needed to do is kill off the vayne, Jeri who I think is DWG ADC would have won teamfight after that. It's after all 5 v 4 as Baus was never going to join.

Somehow it confuses me how Baus and his feeding Sion strategy can even get to ratings this high It takes extreme levels of strategy and skill to get this far and the amount of feeding Sions in my games who are much lower rating confirms how insane this is!
The reason it doesnt work in your games is b/c you give up and refuse to play out the game.

9:11 Damaging towers after you have already been killed is a strategy that requires an entire team to play differently around in order to keep the map even. For example, your Jungler is stuck defending against Sion, and thus no where nearby Dragon or Baron. If you play M:TG, inting Sion is the Mental Misstep of the game. Either you play it, or you lose to it because you didn't play it. It warps the game around itself simply by existing. This is why Zz'Rot Portal is gone.
They couldn't handle sion splitpushing because the braindead riven took ignite. A toplaner will be able to deal with this "inting sion" strategy if they just shoved out the sidelanes then teamfight. Riot is so stupid for nerfing sion and encouraging people to take ignite top more.

Honestly this baus strat for sion should be looked at as an extra lesson in map macro and tempo control i always tell my team that if we face a sion and it takes 2 people to outpace sion were losing late game unless we can get an even 4v4 and have 1 person outpace sion

Baus said that nerfing the damage to towers with sion passive does literally nothing to his strat because he very rarely hits towers when in passive, he is almost always hitting minions. So he said it changes almost nothing. Basically it's just a nerf to silver players who are playing this strat incorrectly. @midbeast
especially when they only nerfed auto attack damage, demolish proc still works just as much, the only point where this nerf changes anything is when he dies late at nexus but he wont change his playstyle for that

Midbeast has become my favorite League content creator very quickly within the week I've found his channel. An honest, charismatic, humble yet alpha, and good-looking (no homo) gamer. Refreshing to have these entertaining casts as well as gameplay from this guy. Only thing I'm going to complain about is that he needs to upload more on yt :)

Speaking of the nerf. He doesn’t do much damage to tower anyway, and doesn’t rely on dps damage with his passive for plates. But rather demolish, and aa tower once or twice to Proc. While it will def be a nerf, it may not be as big as you think. But I don’t know the numbers so we will see.
It’s 50% less damage, that’s a big hit but I’d say still viable, full tank sions probably the way
TheBaus has proven that almost everything in league at the top level comes down to having a big brain. If you know your limits and you know the macro as well as Baus. If youre just some pro player, leave the inting to the properly trained xD

I love how they will nerf sion but wont nerf items that everyone is complaining about.
EDIT: it wasnt a ban it was a lockout because they thought it was stolen, while its similar its not the same.
Fun Fact: Death Gold didnt used to reset by farming, it was a changed introduced because of the creation of Proxy Singed. This Singed had a similar strategy and it was seen as boring and unfair i think it was in s3.
If Babus and rework Sion had existed at that time he would have been rank 1
So that's why, that explains why sometimes a Jax can be 0/4 early game and still have a 150 bounty.

@@ghanaria7996 According to the wiki, bounties work on a tier system, ranging from negative to positive. Each tier above neutral (300g) is worth 50 gold bounty. A kill resets negative tiers or puts you up two tiers if you're positive. Being a certain amount of gold over the average also puts you up a tier. Dying drops you to neutral (the shutdown) unless you have a bigger bounty than the game will give out for a single kill. I'm not sure off the top of my head exactly what the gold distribution of the negative tiers is, but its responsible for the reduced gold for killing people who are losing.

Difference is that Sion requires you to get into melee range. Isn't very safe (unless you count tankiness). Anivia doesn't need to do shit. She sits under turret and throws out ult and cancels your pushing.
