Been real lost lately, its hard to feel anymore. I cant cry or smile. If i do crack a smile its usually fake. I feel like ive spent so much time mourning and being upset over things i cant change i have forgotten how to actually be happy with how things are now and just be happy in general. I try to have fun with friends but usually find it easier to escape thru video games or just sleeping. I dont know what to do but ive just been taking it one day at a time hoping ill do better but i may have to take action like therapy or meditation. Idk i thought i could just poor my thoughts/feelings in this comment section which has low key helped as im writing this sorry and thank you
yo bro, i know what your going through,. it isnt easy, i lived exactly like that for almost 2 years straight, keep your head up high and remember that to experience the best things in life, you gotta experience the bad to know whats good for you. this sounds basic, but dont do things that make you feel bad about yourself bruh, that shi kills you. go on a walk, go workout, go on a hike and just think about life dawg, go do things that you aint never thought of doing before. if you do bad things, then you'll just feel worse and worse. ik what your going through and its hard, but this is just a small bad moment in life compared to the great things in life that are truly beautiful.

We were normaly talking like everyday and in a moment she said:"can i ask u a question" and i was like shure what do u want?.... and from that moment she didn't reply at any text even snaps everything..... i thought that her parents took her phone or smth and i asked a friend to text her and when she replied i throwed everything away deleted all the messages everything and i just realized how dumb was i and how she was in love with another guy but she was too shy to tell me so....i also think that she was too shy to say no she didn't wanna brake my heart or smth but she already did....
