Wow this brings back great memories from the good ole days! I was 13 and already in love with the two stroke dirt bike ( a love I’ve never lost ) The world was more simple, your neighbors were friendly, and the Mx tracks were packed! Good stuff!

This is the era that I would relentlessly show my parents the classified ads for CR80s and KX80s selling for $500, until I bought a 79 XR80 with no footpegs for 50 bucks and rode it every day like an animal until they caved in.

WOW! What a great show! It was on ever Saturday where I lived with a re-broadcast on Tuesday night. I forgot just how good it was. WHY DON'T WE HAVE A SHOW LIKE THIS NOW? Great coverage, great stories and knowledgeable reporting.
The controversial topics have proved to be the downfall of our sport. I went to Daytona to see bike week and the 200 for 11 years in a row. I haven't been back since they cancelled the GP bikes and went with the diesels. This truly brought a tear to my eye. Watching the motocross, the Grand Prix road racing, and the supercross all on this one show really brought out the main difference between then and today. EVERYTHING was so much better and more competitive when they raced two strokes. Our sport has certainly went down hill.
