Kate Hu i'm a figure skater and dancer. she be a good ice skater but ice skating looks the same why are so alike but yet so different. she couldn't go on ice and rock a bunch of moves even though she's a child prodigy. shed still be like all the public skaters struggling on the wall.

I mean, her turns are just GORGEOUS. That control and strength 😭🤯
I don't know if this is meant to be kinda contemporary or ballet. If it's contemporary, then I can't fault it. But it if it's meant to be ballet then her preparation for her turns are a little bit off. She's throwing her shoulders around before she turns in order to get more momentum for more turns, which is fine in a contemporary dance.
Don't get me wrong though, this really is close to perfection! Plus her chaines have improved SO SO much it's unreal. You can tell all this ballet training is paying off. Ballet is the core of all dance, and it shows.

I miss when she was a competitor and trained regularly. Her lines and physique were a personal bias to me because her photoshoots where a paradise for anyone who loves drawing!
Now she's lost that shape she was in, but she still looks healthy and pretty. If she feels happier now, then quiting was worth it.
She had that shape because she was starving herself. Then she stopped dancing around the time that puberty hit her hard, because she got curves and her body changed shape. I'm so glad she left, because she's genuinely happy and healthy now! 😊
