Ooo yes I love this concept of cultivating confidence! Something that makes me feel confident is to not be afraid to share my interests and opinions with others. I moved across the country this year and had to get to know a lot of new people which challenged me to really know who I am and own who I am since I was being constantly asked my interests, likes, and dislikes. I’ve learned to be okay with the fact that we all come from different backgrounds, have differing beliefs, and have different personalities and that that is okay! Love people for who they are and the good ones will love you right back :) plus it’s a major confidence boost to find your tribe of people who accept you for 100% you!

as someone who is both plus size and neurodivergent, existing unappologetically in a social space where I know I'm accepted and cellebrated is often something I do for myself. Social can be tiring, but going to work where there's so many kind people who come in, or going to my favorite cafe where there's that one lady who I don't necessarily have to say anything, I've just been going there so long that she knows my order (though I say it anyway). Its just nice to have that smile energy when you connect with someone familiar, even if you don't know their name or much at all about them.

Great tips for gaining confidence! I find I’m most confident when I am intentional about my day (ie curating an outfit, taking time to curl my hair, putting a touch of mascara on). I really liked a point you made in your last vlog (or the one before? I’ve lost track! Lol) where you talked about creating space for yourself. When you realize you have space to be yourself, and that you are worthy of said space, your confidence reads as “hotness” to those around you.

As a mom of 3 I’m still very much in my comfort stage of T-shirt, leggings with maybe a cute sweater over so that I don’t have to wear a jacket, I don’t wear any makeup because I have very sensitive skin, but one of the things I do for me is definitely doing Pilates first thing in the morning, So happy to see you more confident and happy!!

Yeah, I was having trouble with instant oatmeal boiling over in the microwave. I found a deep microwave safe bowl at Dollar Tree. The Cooking Concepts brand square bowl is deep and only comes in white. No more mess in the microwave.

For me, having more confidence in myself--in the way I looked, in how I dressed, in how I presented myself--came when I really took the time to get to know myself better through therapy and self-reflection. I noticed a dramatic change after I came out, both as a lesbian in 2017 and as agender in 2022, and especially after I changed my name. Once I knew myself better, once I could say that there were a few immutable things about me that were certain and that I had explored to their logical conclusions, I loved myself more. I stopped caring if people thought it was shameful for me to express myself in the most natural way; I only wanted to honor the parts of me I had been shoving down for so long.
I’m so happy you’ve put in that work and found the confidence that you deserve to feel! That is amazing. Therapy has been very helpful for me also 🤍🤍

I made the decision to leave but half my adult life was spent in this relationship so i naturally am drawn to this channel recently bc of the breakup.

I received my KND box a couple of days ago and LOVE it!!!!! The booties are FANTASTIC, the sleep latte is SOOO relaxing in the pretty mug and THAT CANDLE!!!!!!!! AHHHH. I haven’t tried the sleep patch or chill gummies yet. I have DEFINITELY noticed a shift in my thout process since journaling. Even my self talk has changed. I used to say I was lazy if I “cut out steps” in things that I do- now I stop myself when I start to say that and tell myself that I am efficient and creative. OH MY GOODNESS!!! THIS car chat had me in tears. You had no light in your eyes or your smile. This was also a year of BIG change and growth for me. My husband of 28 years left me last year and I have learned to love myself again. I feel strong and KNOW I am. Last week, I changed out my shower head as well as the one in my daughters’ shower. The three of us are stronger and more happy and confident (24 and 26 both with autism)

Viori and the Earthling Co have dry shampoos that should be clean. They are in a shake canister. Viori’s should have a scent and they use rice is all of their shampoo bars, so I’m sure it will have rice flour.
Earthling Co. makes a nice natural dry shampoo! I apply it with an old makeup brush, gets me through 3 days usually.

loved the car chat! totally on the same train of thought. Personally I like making it a point to get dress nicely everyday (nothing necessarily complicated but make sure I like the outfit), minimal makeup, and working out consistently, especially things that feel empowering to me -- swimming, cycling, weight lifting, pilates -- things that make me get into my body and feel a sense of mastery over particular movements. Keeping my core engaged & maintaining good posture throughout the day is HOT! lol. Anyway, really love your vids & personality, discovered your channel this year & you've become an instant internet bestie. Crazy to think that girl in the pictures was you last year! you definitely radiate full hot girl confidence now. Sending all of my best wishes and many hugs ❤

DRY SHAMPOO SOLUTION Michel, I use a scented baby powder made from cornstarch. I'm also sensitive to gluten. Currently I have Johnson & Johnson Lavender scented. No harmful anything. Put powder on your brush and you brush where needed. You'll be good to go and save!!!!
