- Hey y’all , today I bring to you how to process palm oil. Ewes are known for producing the best palm oil in Ghana , thus Dzomi , so today I take you through the process of making this authentic ewes’ palm oil (Dzomi).
You just need fresh palm fruits , make sure there is no spoilt nut among your fruits else you will get a sticky and bad palm oil .

Throughout the video, I was wondering the quantity of palm fruits you will have to pound and mash to give you enough oil to supply to we the consumers. Much respect to you ✊ ✊. God bless the works of your hand 🙏

Good Job! Daughter of Volta Land...
Thanks you for watching, mamaga🥰
I think I like this method.
Tnx
I'll surely try it. I've been using hot water to wash my palm fruits n I don't allow it to cool down before pounding. The pounding is stressful. How I wish I can get a mini machine.
hola..yo quiero saber como hacer para aclarar el aceite. quiero hacer para mi consumo
Truly authentic method. Thanks. I would like to try it out, but I only have access to the canned palm, would l get the same outcome?
Thank you dear . I don’t know if thé canned palm will do or not but you can try it in a small quantity and see if it works.
The smell makes my crazy oooooo sweetness woow
Yes ooo , you can become hungry immediately 🤩
👍
Tnx for watching 😻
I like your accent 😁

Pls is # Scent
Is the voice over for me and me only 😂😂😂❤

#EweInnovation...I love #Beku...in Eweland markets, the beku is sold with a shallow measuring bowl called #Lobovi.
Akpe kakaaka.
The beku is something else , tnx for watching dear .
I know right! I hear 'other' youtubers calling it "shishi"...what the heck!!!
@@ghsheabutterblacksoap2846 😂😂😂
@GlobalCeTZen, the lobovi tukpa is a bottle of the past,I believe that's no longer in use,you have reminded me of my childhood with lobovi tukpa.akpe.
But how do you recover production cost considering the price of raw materials? You did a beautiful job dear
Hmmm it’s not easy oooo. Thank you
is very hard process. continue giving us recipe
Sure , more recipes coming
Well done.
Like the spelling__Dzomi not zomi
Good work done.
Thanks
Thanks sis .we have to teach our language , most Ewe words have been corrupted by other tribes.
1. So Precious, do you add some spices and peppers to it?
2. What is the difference in processing ordinary palm oil?
No pls you don’t add any spices or peppers to it , the only thing you add is salt solution. What differentiate this palm oil from others is ; the palm fruit is cooked in it’s fresh state that prevents the oil from sticking to the tongue . Thank you for watching 🥰
which part in Ghana are you?
i want you to do some for me
let me have your contact pls
The Sault is what stoped it from pouring out
Yes and it adds flavor to it too.
Wher can i get proper Zomi to buy?
The only place I know is Volta oo
Your dzomi must be the best. I can see that little foam on the top and say that's exactly a voltarian dzomi.
Sure , straight from the homeland 😋
I want the bakoun
Awwnnn🤩
Why cold coz I learnt it should be hot please explain
This is oil , when you use hot water it will melt. The hot water is use when preparing soup but with oil , cold water is use .
Do you sell the dzomi? I want to buy some. If u do where are you based?
I’m based in Ghana ooo but I don’t sell some .
@@EatwithEdemEdem please im in Ghana
. I really want some. Let me have your contact thanks
what is chal for Akan language.Wrlldone
Thnx for watching dear.
I'm in Germany can i used the palm fruit in cann?
Is it the whole fruit or it has been pounded and made into a paste? If it is the whole fruit then yes you can but if it has already been made into a paste then no .
@@EatwithEdem Do they sell the canned pounded whole fruit in Gh? With the fiber intact, I mean.
@@ghsheabutterblacksoap2846 no pls , I don’t know of any as such.
How much does it sale per ml?
It depends on the season. If it is palm fruit season , the price is cheaper and vice versa.
How much cheaper price usd=ml?
@@thongdysipaphay1292 1litre is 3$
@@EatwithEdem thanks
In Togo and Benin Republic the name is Zomi not dzomi
