Craft room, well done! My space is so limited, but I am making due for the moment. My bigger paintings will have to wait. You are stocked and ready to forge ahead into the wild blue yonder of diamond painting and who knows what else. Mama G loves those stickers❣️ Ok, we need to talk. You told me that you had a TINY craft room. Is that really your definition of “tiny”??? Mebbe I’ve just been north too long, but that looks about as big as our living room - no joke. Do you mind me asking how many ft2 your home is? I’m trying to picture it against our home. I am assuming your house is two levels plus a basement, right? I have one level, plus what would be a garage where that would work, but here is just storage (room for our freezers, extra fridge, hubby’s work tool storage, and our barge room with our laundry and storage built up on a mezzanine). Underneath the living part of our house, we have a heated crawl space, so our floors are always warm. Because houses here cannot be built directly on the ground to preserve the permafrost, that’s a really nice feature to have in the winter! Ok, so that’s the boring stuff done. The living part of our house is just over 1200 ft2, and houses has 3 bed, 2 bath, living room, eat-in kitchen, and a den. The guy who owned the house built two huge decks, one on the front and a huge one on the back, but was paranoid about people watching him. Because of that, the walls of the front deck are to my armpit (I’m 5’2”) and the back deck walls are over my head! I love the look of your front lawn out your craft room window over past your lovely looking porch. That looks like a great place to read a book, sit in a rocking chair, and have a huge jug of ice water. 😃
@@chrisgreek4285 well I never know what other people have so I thought it might be small. Our home is 2700 some odd sq ft. That includes the two car garage and apartment above it. We don’t have a basement but yes it is two stories. Three baths three bedrooms and the craft room. We have a formal living room and dining room as well as a family room and breakfast nook. We hardly ever use the formal ones. I think our home is probably a little bit but not much bigger than a lot of homes around here. I’d say we’re in the middle. Thanks though for the compliment on my craft room. 💕
@@Diamondpaintingwithcoco Well, it would be hard not to be awed/impressed/slightly jelly (pick an adjective - they are all true!). To picture where I diamond paint, I have to paint you the room. When we all came home to work during the pandemic, I needed a place to set up that was not the kitchen table so I purchased an L-shaped desk and the only place to put it was in the corner of my kitchen. Thank goodness, the kitchen is the largest room in the house, so things were good as long as I was careful to buy one that would fit. I am so fortunate to have a window on each side of the corner, so I have expansive - albeit interrupted by the corner - views. Since I stayed working from home as the office doesn’t really fit my wheelchair, I have my personal laptop, a second monitor from my office, and all the usual “stuff” to do business. That leaves the other side of the L only for me to diamond paint on. The location of it, however, is really quite perfect. It’s easy to get in place with my wheelchair and my view over the top of my light board is of the mountains that look like they are right at the end of my street (they aren’t; there is a road and the runway between the end of the street and the mountains). I will have to attach a pic onto your FB group so you can see how lucky I am with my view! TBH, I was terrified that I would miss the ocean because each time I moved away from it, I keenly felt the loss. I was delighted to find out that the two sets of mountains that you can see from my house are a lovely replacement!
@@Diamondpaintingwithcoco My space is teeny, but the view out the window is almost always beautiful (except when you can see the wildfires over the ridge). Luckily, the one teensy fire right by our town was put out quickly and the folks from the neighbouring community were taken home on Tuesday!!!
