Hey, great weekly shop, you seem all prepped, so good luck with the new meal plan. I am failing badly at mines and my doctor is concerned I really need to up my weight and tbh, I am most rubbish at the shopping, like I have any stuff ever bought in, which making eating more near impossible, so a friend told me to write a plan tonight, and I ordered a bar of tablet which is a scottish sweet treat and probably a decent amount of calories. Hopefully I have better news next week, and hope you have positive results too
I am sorry to hear that you arent doing too good. I am sure with small steps in the right direction you will get back to a much better place 💗 I have heard of Scottish tablet but have never tried it (which is bad really as my Grandad was Scottish). I agree with making a food/meal plan, I couldn't do without mine, it's the only thing that keeps me on track and takes the stress off me as to what to make for dinner each night. Take care x
