Operation Could Not be Completed Error 0×00000709 - Fix

- Operation could not be completed (error 0×00000709) Double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network, this is the error message you get when trying to set default printer, You can easily fix this problem from the registry.
Steps to fix Error 0×00000709 -
1. Go to Start and type "regedit"
2. Click on regedit and you will get registry editor.
3. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
4. Right-Click the Windows key and click Permissions...
5. Check Allow on Full Control permission and click OK
6. Restart your computer.

Now you will be able to set your Default Printer.

Thanks so much. Hats off to you. I had called Samsung Tech support guy and he suggested formatting the system. However, a quick fix tutorial by you has really set the things in order.
