I work in healthcare consulting and also suffering from the same disease. After reading various treatment guidelines and doing pubmed research, i have done some lifestyle changes which have helped.
    1. Try swimming as workout instead of gym or running
    2. Avoid spicy and chilly foods
    3. If I'm planning to go outside in the heat or planning a gym workout, I take anti-histamine 2 hours before the workout/event (standard dosing regime of anti-histamine (cetrizine ) is 10mg every 12 hours)
The treatment mentioned in the 3rd point is the standard one. You can take this medication daily for every 12 hours for a slightly easier lifestyle. I would be happy to help if you have any more queries.
Also note that you may have some underlying autoimmune diseases. So please get those test checked as well.
Please note this is not the cure, but it helps in tolerating the symptoms to a certain extent and make life slightly easier.

My first ecperience with itchyness started when I was 16, I had it for a few years and then it went away. I'm now 27 and it came back 10 years later. M triggers tend to be heat, excertising and being stressed out. My vains pop out and I become extreamly warm. I can no longer work out because it triggers straight away. Mine only last a few minutes at a time as I try my hardest to avoid it. I won't be looking foward for summer. My areas that itch are my back, hands, arms, chest, neck and sometimes feet and legs. Don't get it on my face what so ever, which I' greatful of. Usually starts on my back, chest or hands. Each time is different

@@ElmStreet the only current solution i have found is to do heavy cardio and sweat out the histamine. relief lasts until your next shower then repeat it. you need to be heavily sweating for atleast 20 minutes (i do 21km in 1hr on a eliptical to get the full result) to have the effect. my next attempt to cure this will be a 3 month dandelion tea clense coupled with a low histamine diet. my theory is that due to excesses in our diets our livers get clogged and leak out into the body which then creates mass amounts of histamine to get rid of what the liver couldn't. but until I guinea pig myself i won't know for sure. good luck.

@@FatswellSmart Ive been trying so long to figure out what caused it and have done so much research but there is a lack of information and seems nobody really knows, even doctors. A nutritionist said exposure to mold could be a factor and I was exposed to mold in my home as a kid and grew up always visiting doctors due to always being sick so I wonder if that was a factor. I thought my unhealthy diet may have been a factor due to eating too many processed and fast foods. I do also have asthma and grew up having a lot of allergy issues so maybe its just a variety of these things that caused it. Ive been trying to be more active and work out til I break a sweat to see if anything changes though, theres not much else I can really do, thanks for the feedback.

@@ElmStreet that is interesting, growing up i had no mold around and I was fine and as an adult living in shitholes filled with mold for atleast the last 15 years i wonder if it could have caused it. either way doctors can't help us they don't care about our specific line of disease unfortunately that or are completely ignorant to it. i had to do a years research to tell a dermatologist what i had because he showed me at the first visit that he was an incompetent when he told me he didn't know what i had. wish i had a pic of his face when i pulled out cholinergenic pruritus on him lol my only goal in life is to fix this permanently and the only people online who claim to have cured it talk about detoxification most are using dandelion root tea for 3 to 6 months and maybe even a year. that is my next attempt. there is atleast 4 people who claim that it worked for them. interestingly those 4 people were all from completely different cultures and countries so diet probably isn't the cause maybe idk lol

At last, watching my hives inflammation fade day after day until they completely vanished was such a relief, I went with what I pointed out and within the first 10 days or so the urticaria/angioedema was barely visible! I just go'ogled the latest by Shane Zormander and after 20 days my skin has never been healthier!
