That's similar to porcelain tiles. You can use, but if you have longer slabs, then your bound to have joints in the countertop.

Granite anyday! Vitrified tiles is downgrade, not upgrade. Not sure if the builder is referring to porcelain slabs? Check again.

Mam even plywood we use for wardrobe should be BWR or BWP material mam or we can go for green ply plywood mam?
You can go for commercial ply in wardrobes, but only if you don't live in areas with heavy rainfall or humidity.
