Wanted to come back here and share my story. I watched tons of your videos in preparation for an interview for an internal position. Once interviews ended and decisions had been made I was told I did excellent in my interview, surpassing a lot of individuals that had been at the company a lot longer than I had BUT unfortunately I just didn't have as much experience as some of the other candidates (I hadn't completed my one year yet). Well I was bummed out to say the least but continued working hard as the interviewer told me to just keep doing what I was doing. 3 weeks ago another round of internal positions were announced. I applied feeling super confident this time. Well last week I was given the opportunity, NO interview needed. They simply wanted my resume and remembered my interview from the last time and selected me!! I cannot thank you enough for all your help 🥰
Hello. I watched your videos on 11/1/23. Passed my first interview on 11/2/23. I did the final interview on 11/3/23. Got a call on 11/6/23 with an offer🎉. Your videos are absolutely amazing and helpful. Thank you so much.
I feel hopeless. I've prepared. I've practiced. But I still get so nervous in interviews that I babble or choke or answer in disorganized ways. So depressed.
I am such a loser.
No you’re not a loser. A loser is someone who doesn’t try and gives up because it’s too hard. A loser is satisfied with being a loser. Don’t give up as long as you keep going something good will happen
@@anonanonymous1970 my life sucks too but it’s okay there will always be better days
@@SuperDMoney30 Aw thanks...
@@anonanonymous1970 they’re all just people. ln the bigger picture of your life they don’t matter. They are insignificant. You might never meet them again. Remember that and keep your confidence high even if you’re faking it
I binge-watched your videos for days before I applied for my current job two years ago and I’m doing the same now before interviewing for a new position at the same company tomorrow. You’re a life-saver!
I just want to say after months of stress prepping to leave the military, I watched many of your videos to get used to what civilian companies are looking for and what communication styles to use. I took your advice for what questions to ask, how to respond to very common questions, and I just landed my dream job at a Laboratory!!! Your advice is excellent for prior service members looking to transition. I have received nothing but compliments using the techniques you have shared. Thank you so much for your effort. Im sure veterans like myself are going to excel if they use your strategies!
I've been job hunting and I kept getting rejected. I binge watched your videos and landed the dream job! Thank you so much!!!
Hi Madeline! I obsessively watched your videos and followed your guidance to prepare for a third interview for a job I've been so excited about. After applying and interviewing for jobs for 6 months, I got an offer today! I'm so grateful that I found your channel! Thank you!
Watched a bunch of your videos to prep for my big interview. Got a call less than a few hours later telling me they loved me and that I got the job! The hiring manager even said they canceled the remaining interviews because they were so impressed! Thanks for the great tips Madeline!
Oooh!! Hoping this happens to me!! 🤞🏻
update: IT DID!!!
I've been binging her videos all day to prep! Hopefully this works for me🙏🏽
Update: didn’t work for me🙆🏽♀️💀 I asked for feedback and the recruiter said to highlight examples of critical thinking skills to provide good customer relationships (which I did but ok😂).
@@mx.stoneheartCongrats!
Thanks to this channel, I applied the tips and advice provided here. Within less than 24 hours, I had interviews with two companies and received two job offers! I am truly grateful for the valuable insights shared on this channel. Thank you immensely!
hi Madeline!! i've been waiting for you to post a new video to say thank you thank you so much for your videos on youtube!! thanks studying all of your amazing tips and advice i got a job offer this past Monday for a remote position i reallllllyyyy wanted and feel so passionate and excited about. after a virtual one way interview then a normal virtual interview, i got the job!! the person who interviewed me actually told me she cancelled her remaning interviews after she interviewed me and that the thank you email i sent after was one of the sweetest emails she had received in a long time. so happy to be one of the many many comments i see of people telling their success stories. you're truly a gem!!
Yay!!! Huge congratulations!
Praying this for me! congratulations!
@@lisahasfal8527 thanks so much! your time is coming too, you’ll do great I’m sure ☺️
This is absolute gold. THANK YOU for this priceless video.
I loved this, Madeline. Thank you so much. Very helpful. Thank you for all the helpful links as well.
I watched your videos and I got the offer. I've always hated interviews and felt I wasn't good at them. After watching your videos I felt extremely confident and enthusiastic to explain my hard work and accomplishments. Thank you very much for sharing your experiences and knowledge 🙏🏾
Thank you for your videos, Madeline. They really help us crack these interviews.
Thank you so much for all of your help!
I just aced my interview and got signed to the company in the same day. They were very impressed with my responses to the answers.
So helpful. Interviewing is a skill that can be developed. Awesome coaching Madeline for interviewers or anyone who works remotely!
I watched so many of your videos before my interview 2 weeks ago because I had 3 interviews in one week and all 3 gave me a job offer. I initially went with the best fit for my career and qualifications. But it was amazing that all 3 companies wanted to hire me! Thank you so much!
Madeline, constantly enlightening video clip, much obliged for sharing!
I just wanted to say THANK YOU! I watched all your videos before my job interviews and I got an offer for both!!! These tips were incredible! I will continue supporting!! Thank you again for all of this amazing knowledge!!
High value video. Some great advice here.
I agree-Phone interviews are my fav💜
Thank you, Madeline!
Phone interviews hands down. I can calm down and show up truly. Video and on-site interviews are nerve-wracking.

15 is my best number and I see and hear it in important moments in history or daily basis
14:20 If you notice the difference in sound from this section, one of factors is reverb in the room.
Reverb makes it that much harder for the other person to understand what you are saying, so it's one of the factors to mitigate.
Hi Madeline, thank you for this video. I get the concept of the "power of similarities". I have an upcoming assessment centre/interview and I requested the name(s) of my interviewer(s) but I was told they don't share such information. All I got was that my accessor would be a senior recruiter from their HR team. Now, this is a company with over 700,000 employees around the world. Please, what do you recommend I do in this type of situation?
me cramming the night before 😁
For my last interview, a second interview via Teams, I used my phone on a tripod because my vision is impaired and I need access to my magnification and screen reader. What od you think? This is really the most accessible way for me to access my notes.
Hello Madeline, today is Saturday, and I have a video interview on Monday. Do I ask my current supervisor if I can use a conference room for my interview, should I do it in my car, or should I call in sick?
hi mady can you talk about second round interview
I had 2 interviewers on a zoom call. One didn’t have his camera on and I automatically leaned in to focus on his voice while completely ignoring the other interviewer on the call😔 He probably got to see the top of my head the entire time.
Did you get the job Idli?
How to pass an interview for assistant branch manager and when I don’t have experience please help
Ive gotten jobs simply by referrals. Anytime I did an interview, I never got the job. And if I did, it was hell. There’s no winning. I’m just doing it to see what happens
I’ve turned down interviews. Probably got like 15 within 60 days.
Still rockin' the tangerine orange 😀 Awesome branding!!!
@Madeline, What if the recruiter told you not to waste time trying to know them or to find connection with them at the initial phone screen, instead of ask you whole set of questions ( overview, behavior question, situation question, strength and weakness, why you should be hired) that you except to hear at actual interview?! Is this becoming the regular for interview now ?
Yes you want to follow the Recruiters leads they really know the Interview process! I am not a Recruiter but I have been helped my many Recruiters in the past.
