The rams DOMINATED EVERYBODY with their run game and play action scheme, but belichick found a way to stop it. He actually used the formation you always use, 4-3 even 6-1. He sent so many people that the rams didn't have time for play action and couldn't run the ball, and, crucially, stephon gilmore and the defense locked up in coverage.

The backstories and hype was exhilarating. The Jermaine Kearse catch was insane. It was precisely the twist ending even that enhances its greatness as well. Truly the best game on the list and furthermore the best superbowl ever played.
