Yup, my 97' Altima had one, they are tourquey and throaty. Great reliable engines. My brother recently bought a couple 85' Fierros and I suggested a KA24DE for a transplant in one.
I have a k24a8 accord (yes I know, it's a Honda not a Nissan, and a K24, not KA24) but if there's any other engine that I admire more than my own it's this one. Would love to get a similar note out of my honda even though it's got the whole vtec system giving it different behavior.
I have a GT1 exhaust on my coup and its louder and a bit deeper. But after 1k miles or so that fucking thing gets loose enough to vibrate on downshifts.. Great sound tho bro
Well you got my follow bro.. my 240 was my favorite car ever too.. I beat the ever living piss out of mine. It had an attitude like no other.. some days it was a turd and some days it would beat ss camaros.. it drifted like nothing else and ALWAYS turned heads and sounded like a dream! I hope to buy another one some day!
Finally some new content with KA24DE’s. Trying to find a good setup/sound for my ‘72 Datsun 510 with a KA. This does sound good!
Keep in mind it does sound VERY quiet inside the car... sometimes I forget it’s running

The HKS hi power sounds good on everything it seems, i had one on my 01, IS300 and it sounded amazing
