Can you do this type on a flat wire wreath? One that only has 2 circles not 4 and not raised like the one you are using here? Thanks. Totally new to making wreaths. Made my first ever over the weekend. I am in UK.
Hi Joanna and welcome from the UK! Congratulations on making your first wreath. You can use that type of a flat wire wreath but your wreath will just be less full. I did a video showing how to make your own frame with pipe cleaners and you can use that as a reference. czcams.com/video/ybvvYiUzajA/video.html. The only challenge will be the ties moving on you so try using a little hot glue for that. Is there anything special you do to get the curls to roll so the ends are sticking out. Itâs driving me crazy that I canât get the curls to roll evenly and not having the end stick out on the ends.
Hi Alicia! That does happen to me sometimes and all I do is trim the part sticking out. One thing that will help you with your curls is using the tube inside the roll of mesh and rolling your curl with it. Then you just slide the tube out. I hope that will help you. Thank you, Lori.

You had mentioned for the cheaper mesh you do either the curls, push throw or the pull throw. Could you maybe do the ruffle? The one where you curl then you gather it up ? So it's a curl with a ruffle.
Cause sometimes it kinda hard to get the mesh that I like or I should say that I would like. I checked places on line like (Craft Outlet, Trendy Tree & The Wreath Shop) but no luck

Hello Dorothy! Iâm happy you like the wreath and yes Pam has beautiful signs. I think the Woodland Ruffle which is the Cruffle, would be great to do with cheaper mesh because the cut edges are curled in and wonât fray as much. Unfortunately the online sites are sold out on many items and hoping it gets better soon. As for matching ribbon and mesh to signs, it just takes practice and you will get there.
