Love hearing you talk about donating and making actionable recommendations for your community to do the same! I think another amazing step would be just more mindful consumption in general. Really making intentional choices to wear what you already own, not buying new things for a trip when you have items that would already work well, etc. I know your job is to influence us and I think influencing people to be more mindful with their consumption is an amazing thing to keep at the forefront.
I love that you showed your closets even if you weren’t 100% done with them. I love the realness 💗 you go girl

Coming from my therapist brain it sounds like you could benefit from some grounding activities. you can look specific ones up online but calming your body and mind would be really helpful! I like 5 senses grounding, safe space, going outside barefoot focusing on how your feet feel on the ground, body scans, progressive muscle relaxation, anything like that!
Literally just went through the toughest 3 years of my life, and all that got me through was prayer/reflection, spending time with others (dedicated down time), and weekly self care nights
The min I’m like “I wonder if Gretch-“ yeah she did 😂 you’re such a radiant human!!

I am from the cape and I feel!! My parents built out a cedar closet in our basement to store clothes that were not in season. If you guys have a basement, you may want to look into that. Just a thought !

Set yourself work hours with specific breaks
Whenever I feel anxious, I go to God's Word the Bible. There are tons of verses on anxiety. One of my favorites is:
Philippians 4:6-7
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
