Looks like an awesome area! I'm a huge fan of limestone, but definitely agree with you that it's fingery...I also injured a pulley at the beginning of August 😓. Cheers to continuing on with the recovery!

Portland is awesome for bouldering and routes, definitely on the fingery side in a lot of the areas!
We did a couple of finger rehab videos last year after I’d fully popped my A2 - some ideas which might help with finger injury rehab
