Looked a great hotel a d a reasonable price the first room was cheaper than I've seen in UK ( advertised ) . Its a great idear to do hotel reviews on Fridays, the food looked amazing and price wise around here in Wales where I live very similar prices. As always first class video , hope the family are all well .

Been in the seamira house about 18 months the 2nd and 5th floors are apartments 8500 a month over looking the pool nice place and location

Nice hotel review. They looked comfortable but that burger looked killer. It looked like a 4 napkin burger because you will need 4 napkins to clean up after eating. Juicy good. Add fries on top and make it a 5 napkin burger. Nice video. Thanks

Seamira House is where I stay ( 3 1/2 months so far), it's primarily apartments for longer stays, they have month to month rentals at really good prices. It gets quite busy on the weekends with the Thai tourists from up North, especially on the holidays. As you said very centrally located.

Am I missing something the menu stated 1190 Baht = £27.68 . The prices in Thailand now seem expensive in recent videos I have viewed,! Would like to know the local golf prices to compare against Turkey which I found good value of 5* hotels and great courses.
1190 Baht was for an australian steak thats pretty much normal prices for restaurant quality. Golf prices i can't help you with unfortunately
Not Thailand. Just for affluent people. If you want something more affordable, there are more provinces that are cheaper than there are expensive. Try the Northeast and the North where it’s local prices for local people. Food is just as good too. If not even better.

Hey Mike the hilton is a nice hotel in a central location, pre covid i would had said yes definitely. But most of the bars in soi bintabaht have closed. I would honestly be looking around soi 94 to be honest thats where most of the action is these days. But mind you the Hilton is only like a 5-10 min cab ride. Check out another hotel on soi 94 called the G hotel thats pretty nice also

Hi Jonny, my GF has a great cheap guesthouse at 500 per night, 100 metres from Bintabaht and 250 meters from the beach, she's happy to be on camera, would be a great video for you and help my GF's business. My GF is alot of fun and would make for good viewing, come and meet her before.

Hi Bob unfortunately I don"t know and real estate agents that specialize in rentals, i only pretty much know Jira and she is sales only. I recommend using facebook marketplace that is how i find all the rentals i show on my channel. Hope this helps you out and good luck in the search 😉👍

Always wondered what that hotel was like and now I know. The owner of Flavours (Thai Lady) also owns the dentist up the road with her sister. Of course there is a farang owner behind the scene.
Food generally good for Hua Hin. Steak is better at DD but rest of the menu is good imo.
Yeah the owner is a lovely lady and excellent food. The hotel was great also good price
