You say fold the back rest, what back rest? Clearly don’t understand the needs of people with mobility problems.

The back rest is where you rest your back on. On the demonstration video you can see it being pushed down to fold the mobility scooter with very little force. This has been designed this way to make it easy requiring very little effort, so that a person with mobility needs can do it easily. The purpose of this video is give a visual demonstration of the product as it helps people understand how the efoldi mobility scooter works. People have different mobility needs and this video helps to see if this product is suitable for their needs. Efoldi has been suitable for many.
