SLOVENIA SPEED CUP 1000 RACE 12.08.2023 GROBNIK 1.30.284 BMW S1000RR S 1000 RR

Slovenia speed cup 1000 race, held on 12.08.2023 at Grobnik in Croatia.
Pretty much eventfull race.
Onboard 2014 BMW HP4 starting position 1st, finish position 1st.
Best lap of the race 1.30.284
For the first time in last 5 years, I have mounted a new, fresh racing slick tyres on my bike (with new, I mean new new, fresh dot etc, I have used new slick in last five years of course, but were all 5+ years old since being manufactured)
Front Tyre: Dunlop KR 125/80/17 - 1 -
Rear Tyre: Dunlop KR 200/70/17 - 1 -

Great race! How was your HP4 so much slower in straight line speed compared to the standard S1K??

Hey there, thanx, was cool to ride with this guy indeed, better than being alone 🙈
The other S1000RR is 2020 model and is by my info very very highly modified and miles from being standard.... :-) but mine did not go as fast as it should as well, I found out later after this race that one of my trumpets in the airbox has snaped of and was blocking the airflow into the throttle body as it was siting across...so I lost there 10-20 hps for sure...
