    Interesting adaptation of the Maslow concept. Since the bit is not on the center of rotation, I assume there's a method to measure and maintain the angle of the sled to the reference towers?

      On its top, Goliath has a position spinner (the yellow one) that, based on its rotation, allows Goliath to always know where it is on the work surface and at what angle. In fact, this spinner is always linked to one of the two sensors, and its angle changes based on the movements of Goliath!

    I have my eye on your machine for over a year. How long and how many passes did this project take to cut?

      Hi there :)
      The panel was 10mm thick and we went down 5mm for each pass. So, in total it took 3 passes for a full pass cut (Goliath goes down in a helical way so you always have to consider an additional pass).
      This project took about 2 hours and a half to cut because there were so many pieces, with all the interlocking details.

      I believe the Z is too low, however I have seen a video where someone did it with like doing manual 3 layers of plywood

      Hey :)
      Technically it can be done but the software does not support this option yet. We will work on this as soon as possible!
      At the moment you can engrave at different levels, depending on how the processing file is set up.

    Hi there..
    Is the Goliath compatable with sketchup software..?

    • @reynoirlewis8950
      @reynoirlewis8950 Před rokem

      no. they have their own software that generates a special code for the robot itself
