Another match I had with Shin today. Yes, another 7 minutes long one.
If you remember my older replay I uploaded vs him, you'll notice that he has greatly improved. I have lots of fun playing him now (though sometimes it tires my mind, having to think so much. lol)

Like the others said, yes it works. BUT I can't just go and mindlessly use Shield Bash, I have to check if the opponent is trying to bait my Shield Bash to reflect or interrupt me. Assists are no issue unless it's Jecht because I can lock onto the assist as they appear, but melee attacks and unblockables are well capable of interrupting it, as well as melee HP attacks being able to reflect the Shield Bash projectiles.

@InvictusSheath Clouds sonic break is quicker than Firions shield bash counter. Me and Kayarine played alot of matches and I always reflect the fires purposely to use them as preasure on her. If she went to reflect it I would of sonic breaked soon as she did it I'm uploading one as we speak Kayarine since I havnt updated mine since May

@TwilightMasterCK1 Well, I tried to double cut her assist to get the stage bravery thats why I went exmode to try and get it but wasnt quick enough, laged slightly on getting to the assist. Since it was over 3700+ wanted to risk getting it since I would of had alot of preasure in general in exmode was just a matter of landing a brave attack

Definitely should've punished some of those slow recoveries from ground Swordslash with Rope Knife. :P

Gabranth has a terrible air assist, though. It can't be used for punishing nor for comboing effectively. Personally, I think Jecht is pretty similar (ground BRV assist-wise,) and he has a good aerial assist attack to boot. Still, I prefer Sephiroth.
