Doesn’t matter if you are a painter, a lawyer or chef; one has to appreciate watching highly competent people work on their craft! Thank you for posting this, I learned a lot & the steps looked great!
I'm going to disagree with you, sort of... In this scenario I reckon the boss being able to jump in and do the work is due to having good employees who don't need constant oversight. I do still agree that that is a sign of a good boss because good workers won't stick around with a bad employer.
i've been in concrete since '78 when i was a kid... you have a great crew and everyone seems to work great together and you keep the mood light... the work is hard enough without adding attitude to it.. final product looks great too.. homeowner must be very happy with that...you guys do super good work..keep on keepin on!!
Sir, YOU really are a TRUE professional. I am glad that Mike Morgan promoted your company and inspired you to start your own CZcams channel. You are doing a FANTASTIC job with the video and editing of your work. You get a BIG 👍from me. I’ve been watching O.W.T.M.’s since they started.
Hey . I’m commercial concrete guy. I never get to do beautiful stuff like that. . I’ve poured more concrete than most walk on. Lol. But that is awesome.. seem like a decent boss aswell. There are some crazy ones. Lol. Nothing waits for the Crete..
What hell did I just watch? For real!!!! you are not the concrete guy you and your men are true artists. Couldn't sub fast enough. It was truly amazing 👏 🙌 much respect from all of us here in Oklahoma.
I started watching you when you poured at the Morgan’s. You are one class act, customer conscious with fantastic help. Concrete work is a young mans game and you do it well! 👍😊
You and your men have done an excellent job and watching all of you deal with the landscape condition was amazing. Beautiful job and I'm sure one happy customer. 5+ Star work
What a beautiful job under such difficult conditions! I think it’s great you vid this process because I don’t think people appreciate how difficult it can be to create beauty like this!!
Being able to overcome the tuff terrain and end up with such a beautiful finished product is incredible. Really enjoying the channel. Hats off to the whole crew.
You have a great group of workers, very coordinated, outstanding work considering the working conditions to lay out steps top to bottom. Wish you were up near Shelton, Ct., you do excellent work.
Would be nice to revisit this one after the landscaping is done. I could see that making a huge difference on the end result. A lot of folks have a hard time picturing in their heads what it would look like completed. Nice job guys
I got some BAD news for you guys.. you are NOT concrete guys... you are ENGINEERS!! Geniuses!!! What a great video!!! Thank you!! I like hearing your explanations about how you set up your measurements, etc.... :) Great work ... thank you.
Well paced, covering all the essentials for the first-time roofing system repairer like myself, such as tools needed, tile elimination series, and number of nails as well as the position of the nails. Provides the audience levels of self-confidence towards the task at hand. Great work! this video clip is really useful. Extremely thoughtful, sensible, and thorough, and with fantastic behavior! Significantly appreciated This is one of the most effective videos I've seen. Specific, plainly advised as well as plainly showed. wonderful ... simply terrific.
Should have boxed out that conduit to make a tunnel. Don' lock it all in with the concrete. Also a 4" PVC sleeve under any walkway is a big help. I used to install sprinklers and had to dig under stuff like this. A little over $20 would save future contractors a day of work. This project is cool I love the curves. Nice work.
Love watching pros work. Did floor covering for thirty five years. Nothing but high end homes. Very expensive wool carpeting. High pressure for the most part, but when you were done it looked amazing. Very satisfying.
You gotta love when you get lucky and the steps just line up with the walk. I have to look into using those liners. Great looking job and awesome video!
@@Concretewiththehauses Right on, I'm certainly looking forward to it. Let's hope the weather stays good for a while though. Hope everything has been coming out well.
Wow…Tough job site…beautiful concrete work, I like the stair rise finish, great look. Hats off to you and your crew ! Thumbs up on your camera work as well !!
WOW, I like the molds on the steps. makes it look like natural stone. and a roller texture lol. I like watching construction channels and first time seeing this technique. Steller job man
Nice that you cleaned up the pillars. I had a new carport and driveway poured. The company didn't clean up any of the splash from the pour. My siding and pillars were a mess!! I wasn't there to watch them. The back patio started cracking in less than four months after. I was trying to get them to come out, but to no avail. I ended up selling the house a year later.
ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR, HOMEOWNERS MUST BE THRILLED‼️. YOU DO GREAT WORK‼️👍👍. Vinny 🇺🇸

And THAT viewers it what Professionalism looks like for sure!!!!
How can you spot a good "boss"?
He jumps in and helps the crew.
Great job on those steps!
That only during videoing. I also heard no swearing and farting.
A boss tells workers what to do, a leader shows them what to do.
