My meds stopped working from my migraines. insulin resistance was a lot of the cause. Stress is also a huge factor- spa day. I chose intermittent fasting and 3 day fasts 4 times a year. I am gluten, dairy and sugar free. Don't forget ACV apple cider vinegar with the mother before bed (1 tbsp in 1 cup water) Do it and you will feel so much better! G'luck

What made you think of doing stickers and how did you think of the designs? Did you design them? Or did you have help? I wanna do this with my handmade baby items finding time to make everything is hard and have enough inventory to start is an issue. SO glad you are doing something you love!
