Vetro is the system you use that I know the least about, so I was excited to see their products in the nail haul, and their link in the description. Thank you for showing us all these wonderful goodies! I am so disappointed not to be able to participate in tomorrowâs Leafgel certification course, but wish everyone who is attending a marvelous experience! I havenât tried any Korean nail gels yet, so thank you for the giveaway opportunity! I understand Mithmillo has a very good reputation. Have a wonderful next 3 days in Leafgel deep diving fun!
Finally, my weekly dose of Paola Ponce Japanese soft gels vid đ„°
Are you Rachel? Sent ya an email... if not, oops.
@@PaolaPonceNails yes I am!!
Thanks for the video Paola. If I can't buy all these pretty gels/gel products myself, second best is watching you open abs swatch them. I loved your little discussion about brands kind of copying each other, I think it's great because then I can stick to one & still benefit from all the new products in nail art etc.
Hey there! Im typically a silent viewer who always watches your channel Paola, but I always find it so nice to watch your videos for demos and figuring out how to use japanese gel. I started off with korean gel so as im shifting towards Japanese gel im learning so many new things from you! Look forward to more tips and tricks and would love to see some bts vlogs!â€
Exciting giveaway!! And thanks for all the great tips, tricks and trade secrets!! â€

Kokoist is one of my favorites and when I see the packaging and bottles of the other brands I always wanna grab some for myself!

Iâm just discovering Japanese and Korea gel products and would like to try and work with them. Thank you for sharing these products with usâŁïžđ
Ahhhhh yayyyyyy đ
I am taking the leafgel certification this time around. So happy I was able to make it after some personal adjustments for this week. I want to continue to learn and absorb much more of my beloved leafgel brand. I got into JG after watching some of your videos and the quality of them is outstanding.
Those lily gels are gorgeous and I really like the kokoist brush case. Itâs so chick and looks like excellent quality especially for Mobil services. I donât know if just give it a little something extra đ
Hi Paola, The Kokoist colors are really prettyđ.
Those Lily Gels đđ
Wish I found out about the brush tips earlier itâs soooo simple but genius
I have almost all the bella nail colors you showed in this video in my cart right now. This is my sign to get them lol.
So pretty
Iâve never used the Japanese gels before, I normally use the Korean gels (which Iâve extensively invested in đ) but one day I will!
Iâm just getting into DIY Japanese & Korean gel nails (thanks mostly to your channel!) and Iâm wondering: how do I make sure most of the product stays in the center of my nails instead of thickening up the edges? Thanks!
Iâm planning a trip to Japan this year and Iâm hoping I can get all of the Japanese gel and brushes :)
bring your nail license!
I figure with magnetic gels just buy silver and use the sheer polish. It should give the same effect, right?
That is definitely budget friendly and will do the trick!
Iâm wondering which brand is best for art specially? Iâm looking into Kokoist, leafgel, or Vetro for creating really detailed paintings. Whatâs your suggestion Iâve been researching for way too long and feel torn!
Love ur nail hauls (even if my wallet doesnât đ)
Hi Paola! Thanks for another great video! I just took the plunge to invest in Leaf Gel and Kokoist products. I am a newbie, but longtime fan of Japanese soft gels. I am leaving Korea soon (my nail tech specializes in Japanese products, which has been lovely) and I want to continue on myself. I see you are starting a Leaf Gel class beginning tomorrow. Obviously, I have missed the train. I would love to sign up for one in the future. How often do you do this particular certification?
Once per year, online only. Check out the description if you're interested in our Kokoist one. Where are you located?
Iâm currently in South Korea, but moving back to the US in a couple of months. I think I will be in the middle of moving during the Kokoist training. Is that one also offered once a year? One of these days, I will get in on one!
I would love to try Japanese leaf gels!
Is gel x the same thing as soft gel? Whenever I look around in my area people say they do gel x making it sound like itâs the same. Love your videos Paola!
Gel x is made and adhered with soft gel so yes, but in general any gel that can be soaked off with acetone is "soft gel"
Andrea's response is correct :)
So I know you have to clean your brushes with alcohol, does that mean you work clear gel in it at the end of every use? As in just before you cap it and store it away
Sometimes alcohol may dry out your bristles. A lot of us dry wipe the brush clean , leaving a bit of gel on it. However, keep them out of direct light and to prevent stiffness đ
Try and use a gel for cleaning regularly, and alcohol only when they go stiff. Some brushes like my Vetro ones have endured me using alhohol for years, but others like my Tati of Leafgel have not. You don't have to clean them out each time, just remove the excess of what it has and store. At least that is what I will naturally do after use.
Pick me, pick me for the giveaway!
Feri, are you in the states?!
Ooh, this was a very informative video, I appreciate the sneak peeks đ the two eggshell shades you recommended have caught my eyeâŠ
I can't wait to one day take one of your certification classes, my little one will soon start prek and I can finally start looking into schooling đ„č
Wish there was online schooling lol
