@@hgracy9528 Ballroom (from personal experience) can get rid of osteopenia and help you gain back some of those inches you lost. It can remove depression. I have SERIOUS back issues and all my docs have said do NOT stop dancing. Also studies show that ballroom dancers do not get dementia.

Ça fait plaisir de voir des mariés s'investir autant ds une ouverture de bal multi-danses comme ns...ns l'avons fait lors de notre mariage. Et puis, ts les invités (amis et famille) sont ravis de voir un tel spectacle. Bravo à eux😊👍👍👍
