- A few days ago we visited the last village in Pakistan which is located on Pakistan India border near Kasur city (Punjab). We took a closer look at the culture and lifestyle of this village which is very simple and excellent. This is the last village of Pakistan India Border this is also called Pakistan India zero line. India Pakistan border line length is 2240 km. India Pakistan LOC.

Nice village ………50 years ago Indian villages also look like this village but now they are far more developed. Government should work for development of country, not for destruction.
I think 50 years is an exaggeration you could say 15-20 years. This is all about when Pakistan and India got independence the share of wealth was not equal. When Pakistan got independence, Pakistan had one big factory on the other side India had about 100 big factories so there is no comparison.

This is fascinating. I remember till not 15yrs ago, this could be a typical Indian village too.
Mitti k ghar, chulhe, lakdi k mote darwaze/khidkiyan, lack of bijli k taar ka jaal, mitti/eint ki sadak (kharanja as they called it) , no motor traffic. And large hearted people. Heck my small village in the heart of Awadh on banks of Yamuna was one such.
Now all of it is mostly gone..except the large heartedness of people. The rapid transformation of our villages is visible only when seen in such context. I don't know if it is for the better or worse tho. This lifestyle had its own charm...
