Marella Explorer is a cruise ship that offers a wide range of activities and entertainment for both kids and adults. The ship has a sail-away party twice per cruise on the pool deck12. The party is hosted by the entertainment crew who are up on the pool deck in the central podium. You’ll also find live music up here during the day. The sail-away party is one of the highlights of the cruise and is an opportunity to enjoy live music, drinks, and dancing while watching the ship leave port.
Marella Explorer has invested a lot of time and effort in ensuring that its shows are top class, with leading English entertainment company Ted. The Broadway Show Lounge (Deck 6) holds 860 people and is designed in a classic style meant to reflect 1920s glamour. There is a huge variety of shows, most of them exploring different musical genres.

Ah this brought back some happy memories. We were on explorer in august and loved it! You lasted longer than we did at the Sail and Shine party. 🍻
It's always a good way to meet your fellow cruisers on the first day we ended up in Indigo till 2am not that I could remember much the day after lol. We loved that cruise itinerary the places were unreal. I like your videos as well. They are very informative with a sense of humour and well put together with the commentary etc. I must try harder to get in front of the camera. Keep up the good work 👍.

Top tip if your going to Kotor and it's a tender transfer make sure your up early and get on an early one we missed out thinking we would let the rush go only to find we had over an hour's wait for our tender so we only managed to see half of the old town. 😞

Enjoy it was one of our best cruises ever. We just walked from the ship to most of the ports. The only tour we did was to Bologna from the port of Ravenna where we had some authentic Ragu.

Did you have the tender transfer into Kotor Montenegro that was a bug bear we had to wait over an hour so we only had chance to see half the old town.
@@mawoodsies1 we docked at port but the ship had to move out before we returned it was all explained to us we then had a tendor out to the ship no waiting they had plenty of boats ready 😁
This was our tender transfer although it was idyllic it was 20 mins each way and we waited over an hour to get on it so by the time we got to the old town it was after 1pm and the last tender was supposed to be 3pm so we didn't take and chances and came back to the ship early only to see the last tender return at 5pm 😞
