This should be a tournament rule set
If you do this again, maybe have people around the arena with pyre or rapid-fire machine guns to add an extra bit of danger, without it being something that one particular competitor can take advantage of. Also, the fidget spinner in the center might work better as a hover.
There should be a crossout ROBOT ARENA gamemode! Where everyone competes with melee weapons only in a massive ring with environmental hazards!

I actually thought of a mode similar to Angry Birds. Can be teams of 3, or 3 against a set of targets. 2 people are the catapult and one person is the payload. The idea is: the payload will self-destruct as soon as it launches, and they need to hit either the targets or the rival team.
Making catapults is nothing new, but turning it into a new game mode might make it interesting enough for a video or two. 🤔
Doable ask ppetrus for catapult design...
