- How To Brew a pot of Coffee, How to make a simple pot of Coffee. Whether you like Iced Coffee or Hot Coffee, This simple video will help you get your coffee fix on. You can brew coffee at home. and save a lot of money. In this video I use Starbucks Pike Place Ground Coffee, but you can use any coffee you like. All you need to Brew coffee is a Coffee Maker, some Ground Coffee and some water. Plus any sweetener and dairy you like in your Coffee.

Mr. Coffee makes the best coffee makers. I don’t bother buying the ones with all the fancy features or anything. Just the good old fashioned coffee maker with the on and off switch. The less complications, the better!

I for one am greatful for the video. I am a vegan cook ever since I was a teenager and most of us prefer herbal teas. So I could tell you the healing properties of numerous herbs but only had coffee a few times as a teen and again it was never my thing as a die hard vegan, but now I want to get into it and needed to know how to do it

Noo!! If you don't know how to make coffee, don't guess how much coffee to put in the basket! That will impact everything about the coffee you're making! You wouldn't tell someone who doesn't know how to make a cake to eyeball how much flour or sugar!
1. Measure cool water based on servings and pour it in the back. 2 cups on the pot is a serving for one person.
2. Then, swish hot water around the coffee pot to heat up the glass (so the coffee stays hot when it drips) and then pour that water out.
3. Measure the grounds. For every cup of water you should measure a heaping tbsp of coffee grounds into the filter + 1 tbsp for a full body flavour. So filling the water to 12 on the pot means 13 heaping tbsps of coffee... 6 of water is 7 tbsps.

Great pot of coffee! I also add a pinch of baking soda (small pinch) to the water. Takes out the acid taste and makes it taste so smooth and rich.

The coffee pot instructions say to add one TBPS of coffee for one cup but the Starbucks bag says add two 👀 so I’m super confused I followed the bag instructions and at 8 cups of water I measured the TBPS and it’s already filled to the top … my pot can hold 14 cups of water but what do I do if I can’t fit more grounds…!?? Am I doing it wrong
