Such a catchy song and thoughtful lyrics for people who want to change or progress themselves but end up back in the same cycle of things because of how difficult it is to change (the pull of whatever that thing/person /whatever is, is so strong that it brings them back to their old habits).

+adboss10 It's definitely inspired by multiple genres but I really hear the House influence. Listen to "Your Girl" by Kaytranada. It's also a really nice but unique spin on house music. Then again, Tom isn't really one genre. He combines a lot of them together. Or at least I think so.
To be honest there are so many forms of electronic music that I have been hearing lately I can't even keep track. I originally heard house and dubstep, but then started getting into trapstep, chillstep, trancestep, and others.

Do you mean before the chords (keyboard) start? In that case its probably a digital synth or pad, or its either some processed atmospheric effects
