Exactly. It’s so true. It’s so obvious their baby dislikes. They just have to say that even though they already know the answer it’s so they can keep force feeding their babies the food they gag on. I wish so badly I can force feed these parents a food they can’t stand and gag on.
A gag reflex is in the middle of their tongue which later goes into the back of their throat as they get older. It's a natural reflex for babies to gag. It's the texture of the food that makes them do that. It's not a choking event. You can look on youtube for videos from experts who will explain this.
What an adorable pink-cheeked baby! It may not be just the texture he dislikes; could be the taste also. Is it alright to give water to an infant? I thought formula or breastmilk acts to quench a baby's thirst and should be the only thing to feed a thirsty baby.
Gail Stephen I'm a sociologist & since when I adopted my daughter she had passed man of these Developmental stages, I study &enjoy baby videos to become more familiar with the experiences of young parents. Knowing their ages would just make me a better informed advocate. Thank you for asking, Blessings
@@ellamarsters8791 isn’t that the damn truth!!! Why do these women that are obviously completely uneducated about infants want to repeatedly say such ignorant comments? I’m embarrassed for them to tell you the truth! The parents continue giving “their baby” the same food even when the child is shuddering/gagging b/c for one it’s a brand new experience for their baby to learn & get accustomed to it - & for two they are excellent, loving & caring parents doing the right thing for their child!!!
Don't say are you not ready for it just because he coughs. Choking coughs are absolutely normal when eating foods for first time. I'm not critiquing anything you did...just saying it's ok if they choke / cough a bit...(no not choke where they can't breath...Just a slight choke and cough is normal) Love the video
Look at the bigger picture. Does that even matter…ready for it. There’s a large variety of foods out there that will give baby what it needs, the nutrients needed so why not pick a food they aren’t gagging over. I’m sure you wouldn’t feel the same way if you were in same situation as baby.
He’s funny 😊 he grabs the water to wash the chicken down. So adorable 🥰
Лучше на этого прекрасного ребеночка смотреть,чем на некоторые фильмы
I can't stop laughing at the moms, when they say " do you like it? And the baby is gaging till their faces turn red. lol
Right? The kid can't even understand what they're saying !

Its ok for babies to occassionally have water and helps with constipation.
Amber Black. Oh OK. I was just sharing what I've read on the subject.
If the baby is exclusively on formula or breast milk they don't need water. If they are weaning than a little water is fine.
Not until 6 months it older.
Aw Ridley is super cute love those chubby cheeks💓💓
Trooper!❤️
Did he hate pears after that?
He’s so darn cute
He is adorable!
Toll, das ein Kind auch mal etwas zu trinken bekommt. An das essen muss es sich erst gewöhnen...😴😴🙄
Why are you feeding him more when he is gagging?
Sharon Calvert most babies gag because they’re not use to eating solid

I always found you had to mix fruit with meats cuz meats are so thick and pasty!
Did you taste it to see if it was palatabl? Some of the combinations sound terrible!!!!! I guess the goal is to get them to eat it! Lol
David mngp engkau mninggalkn aq?
Baby nice bigg nice
The food is so flat.
Why r his cheeks so red?
You should help him with the water
Sharon Calvert u do know that babies can’t drink water right
A baby who's having solid can have water too. No water rules are for those who only having milk
Moumita Paul that’s if they are completely on solids and only taking their milk 2-3 times
I know...I have a 2 years old son. When you giving them solid food they can have little bit of water with it to wash down the food
Moumita Paul I have a 3 year old and a one year old and yes u can but very limited
Give the kid a break he is gaging
It's not just the texture, it's the taste!! That stuff is nasty, my dog wouldn't eat it!
Why give him more when he is shuddering
.
Why comment fifty times on one post? No one asked for your feedback. Fuck off.

You are actually talking about gagging.

Pobŕes bbs con esos cuidadores.
Why are you giving him water 💧 it’s not good for young babies.
Gail Stephen it’s not special made idiot it’s water for formula ,babies can’t drink water at all
I was advised by my health visitor to give my baby daughter tepid water to drink.
Take sippy cup away. Spoon feeding not sippy cup.
He's too young
