I don’t know how much of this was actually Chadwick or a stunt double, but the fact he did ANY of these stunts while suffering from colon cancer is unbelievable.

Yes, this is a REAL Hero in REAL Life ! He definitely had to be the colon cancer in his Body when this movie was filmed. But he FIGHTED, and he ACTORED, and he made OTHER Films like "21 Bridges" ! All with Cancer, maximum Respect to Chadwick Boseman !! #RIPChadwickBoseman #WakandaForever
@KINGJJJR He was diagnosed in 2016. This movie was filmed in 2017 and released in 2018, but it’s not clear whether he was undergoing treatment during the filming or if so, what kind.

I love the way M'Baku said everything. His words put so much emphasis on the subjects. "WE", "FROM, THE MOUNTAINS", "couldn't even protect his own FA-THAH!". So unimpressed and in your face.
His accent sounds a little forced but not bad

This scene is what GREAT WRITING and ACTING looks like. Completely transforming the M'Baku/ Man Ape character into a traditionalist who has personality and noble dignity .

Chadwick was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer around the release of Civil War which means he had cancer during the filming of that movie. He did four very physically demanding MCU movies while having a terminal illness. This brother was truly dedicated to his craft and didn't let an illness keep him from doing what he loved.

According to a report by The Quint, the Jabari tribe, in the comics, worship a gorilla god called “Man-Ape”. The filmmakers decided to rename that god to “Hanuman” in the adaptation.
He lost because of that reason Indian censor cut this dialogue

I really do like the Nigerian accents that the people of Wakanda have in the MCU which does make sense as Wakanda is a hidden country in Africa
You ever been to other African countries? (No shade FOR REAL) but not only West Africans speak this way. M' baku's tribe had a very distinct Nigerian accent, I agree, but I think most Africans can relate to this type of speech ( East and South Africans especially ). I just thought this comment could be more specific, so don't be offended. Thank you.
William Pulfer-melville exactly... im from the luba tribe and a lot of people say that my tribe are literally like the jabari. They keep themselves away from everyone else, and they are incredibly strong and fearsome.

@@nikosfilipino the actor who played tchaka (tchalla's father) speaks Xhosa and suggested it for wakanda's language before filming civil war. But as for accents they pulled from a variety of countries to create the "speech sounds" for each tribe. of Wakanda. They also blended foods, textures, and sounds from all over to create the soundtrack, the fashion, and even food shown in the movie. Which is why Wakanda is described as a futuristic pan-African vision of what could be of Africa want colonized. Vanity fair (and some other I can't think of right now) has really good docs on CZcams with the director, crew, composer explaining these elements. You should search for them. Very interesting.

Which was a very important lesson for Wakanda to learn before revealing itself to the world fully. They needed to learn humility and humanity, thats what the British Empire never did, instead they took their technological advantages and used them to subjugate most of the planet.
People forget M’Bakus “Where is your God now!?” At 2:55. One of the best lines in the movie.

what separates t’challa from his father as well as the rest of his people was he didnt looked down on the jabari tribe, despite them isolating from the other tribes for so long. If anything he respected the tribe and m’baku cuz he knew he was a good leader to his people & even turned to him when he needed to.

The fact Chadwick Bose man did this while battling cologne cancer and the way he conducts him self in this film was immense and one the best acting I’ve seen in my life 👏 it’s a shame he lost his battle but the first black panther will always remain the best even tho he had the best send off from Marvel in wakanda forever nearly made me cry cause he still had a long life ahead of him 😢😭 rip Chadwick boseman 👏🙏

The Hero had to be shown as the winner. Otherwise, once a person calls for Hanuman's blessing, then he is invicinble, till the time dharma is in his side.
