"*sounds of memories of the war* I saw how in a carrot cucumbers are added to salad ... I saw how plums and yogurt are added to fish (not a joke), I even saw how spaghetti is added to borscht (completely vegetable soup, you can cook in meat broth) "What kind of game I have not seen during my work a cook, and then a chef... When I came into the profession, I still didn’t know why our chef swears like a literary boatswain =), but now I understand that this is a professional skill =)
