Whack a bag of jelly babies in the top tube, set a reminder for every 15mins on the Garmin. Every time it goes off pop a couple of jelly babies and have a drink. Should keep you going between stops.

I find i sometimes forget to fuel and watered down sports drink or watered down coke works well because as soon as it stops tasting awful you know you need fuel or hydration

I find porridge better than wheetabix, remember to fuel the cod loins which improves how you feel on the bike and stops poor Kyle getting an ear bashing.
You know the old joke:- "Scientists studying rats observed that the rats got more nourishment from the cardboard box than the weetbix!' - LOL, it is pretty empty food. Nice wholesome muesli with nuts, fruit and seeds for me please - power for hours!

Cafes, pubs, and ESPECIALLY the home are very dangerous places... more likely to receive a head injury in any of those than on the bike !
