Try Northern Ireland, we only have like 3 half decent skateparks all of which are atleast 8 miles away from me and the streets are trash. Could be worse though, we could live in Africa.

I'm 46 years old this month. Just bought my first new skateboard in 25 years... ALL we had was street when I skated. We'd raid the new house construction at night sometimes to collect scrap wood to build launch ramps to kill our knees but that was about it. Schools were the best because we wouldn't get kicked out on weekends and after school. When somebody's older brothers were feeling cool, we'd load up and go skate street in Santa Cruz and go hit up the skate shops there. It's kinda nice to see some street.
You guys are crazy! Thanks for keeping it clean with no swearing or cutting it when you do. You guys are my heroes. I watch you now with my 2 year old son. I use to skate and now I just want to skate and share it with my boy. Cheers.

Skateboarding looks so hard. I'm 37 and practically lived on roller blades from the age of 11 to 15.
I found that once I could do something on the blades, say jump down 8 stairs, I could then do it every time.
Even the best skateboarders seem to only be able to do the same thing 7 times out of 10.

Braille Skaters aren't street skaters, it will be a while before we get some good skating out of them, I think they should go back to the park that way we see much more technical skating instead of new guy jumping off of things.. very stylishly might I add.
