LOSES power and whispers turbo, due to turbo ACTUATOR FAILURE

Fixed geometry turbo actuator failure, loss of power and turbo hiss. This turbo has a solenoid valve, there are some old turbos that did not have a solenoid valve, as I explain at the end of the video.
