Thanks for posting this. In actual interviews at maang, the interviewers do not listen to you as patiently as you guys do. They interrupt and ask many questions like what would you have done differently or what if the stakeholders do not agree to your solution, what would you have done. (Even though you say you had metrics to convince them). The interviews you guys are doing is great, but you need to include hard hypothetical questions for the same scenario /project that the interviewee mentions, as that is how I was interviewed by these companies.

great point, i've seen some interviewers be more aggressive with follow up questions and interruptions making the interviews become a combination of behavioral and situational, forcing candidates to do more on the spot thinking vs. coming memorized with stories. Great idea for an upcoming video...thank you for sharing!

Welcome back, Dianna! Thank you so much for creating all these videos. I recently accepted a senior PM offer from Meta and want to say a big thank you! There are a lot of prep materials in the community, but I watched and only watched your videos during prep. I think people under appreciate how many tips you are giving out in these videos.
For me personally, this approach worked really well: 1) watch a couple videos to come up with my own framework, 2) mock the sample questions you posted about myself, 3) watched your case cracking for these questions, focusing on the flow/logic, 4) redo the mock and watch your post again to appreciate the details that signal senior PM thinking.
Thank you again for creating these valuable contents and wishing you all the best!

Sorry, that's not what zero-to-one product means? It's either a new feature of enhancement to existing user flow.
