I was in this crowd, toward the back, right (back left from dj’s view). This was a big night. Lots of heavy reactions. But Sentinel’s forwards when they played the first Capleton and then the Sizzla cover of Jacob Miller’s Tentament Yard absolutely MASHED DOWN THE PLACE. Sentinel and Bongsi, Nadia, large up. Sentinel first round was NUTZ. Jesus Christ. I was lucky enough to be on that stage for this as Press. Large up Elmer and Nadia and the whole Sentinel crew. Love the other sounds too but Sentinel first rounds are always fucking insane.
On serious note Mighty Crown didn't win ! Even the last 2 tunes we weak ? Smh that's not even bias . But seriously Damion mess up , simple if u play last it easy why Mighty Crown beg that Jimmy Clif forward their 6th tune and to be fair they got their biggest forwards thus far , all Damion had to do was hold back that Garnet Silk let Mighty Crown have the Jimmy Clif !
